Wmax was built on a simple, slightly old-fashioned idea: your data is none of our business. The app is designed to run entirely on your device, so we never collect, store, transmit, or even see anything you put into it. Here's exactly what that means.
Nothing. Wmax requires no account, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. Athlete profiles, projects, teams, hydration templates, sweat-loss estimates, fluid-intake targets, body-mass records, journals, checklists, milestones, and protocols are created and held by you. We have no servers receiving them and no way to read them.
Because we never collect your information, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, monetize, or sell. Every calculation, dashboard, and suggestion is generated locally on your device, for your eyes only. There is no behavioral tracking and no advertising profile, here or anywhere else.
All of your Wmax content is stored locally in the app's own storage on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote backup, and no transmission of your records to us or any third party. Your planning data never leaves the device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.
Wmax embeds no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, or data-harvesting SDKs. We don't hand your activity to social platforms or marketing partners. The app is intentionally self-contained — there is no quiet pipeline sending your work elsewhere.
Keeping data on-device is itself our strongest safeguard: information that is never uploaded can't be intercepted in transit or exposed in a server breach. Your records inherit the protections of your own device, so we recommend using your operating system's lock screen, encryption, and access controls.
Wmax does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information at all. With no data-gathering mechanisms, the app aligns with COPPA principles by design rather than by promise.
You are always in complete control. Add, edit, or delete any record at any time, and remove everything permanently by deleting the app. Because there are no accounts or cloud backups held by us, uninstalling fully and irreversibly clears the data Wmax stored locally — so export anything you want to keep first.
If we update this policy — for example, to reflect new features — we'll revise the Effective Date above and publish the current version with the app. Our core commitment won't change: Wmax stays a local-first, no-collection tool.
